Issue: "No SMETS2 record found" message in Kraken.
Solution: Ensure Install Date matches Commission Date in meter details, then click "Link Smart Meter".Issue: IHD shows incorrect costs.
Solution: Use the "Send" button next to the tariff to force an update to the meter. (Note: Not supported for half-hourly products like Intelligent Octopus).Issue: Old meters appearing after a MEX or Crossed Meter case.
